416 <br />_ THE AUGUSTINE CO. 8427 -5-33 <br />day of April,1935,instruments purporting to be the last will and testament and codicils of August i <br />F.Beckmann,deceased,were filed for probate in this Court-That on the 30th day of April 1935,said <br />instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly proved probated and allowed as the <br />last will and testament and codicils of the real <br />3�. and personal estate of said August F.Beckmann, <br />deceased,and the same were ordered to he recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 30th <br />day of Apri1,1935. <br />(SEAL) Paul N.Kirk,County Judge <br />11. <br />The Court further finds that thereupon,said D.O.Beckmann and John E.Beckmann filed their bond and <br />oaths required by law and entered upon the duties of the office of executors and letters testament <br />ry;were issued to them. <br />The Court further finds that on the 30th day of Apri1,1935,an order was made giving notice to <br />creditors,providing that all creditors of the deceased be allowed three months from the 29th day <br />of May,1935,in which to file their claims,if any, with proof thereof for examination and allowance, <br />and that all claims against said estate not so filed within the time limit,shall be forever barred, <br />and that publication of such notice be made for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Indep <br />ent,a legal newspaper published and circulating in said county;that said notice was so published, <br />according to the proofs on f ile,and that all claims against said deceased and said estate have <br />been paid and satisfied. <br />11I, <br />The Court Further Finds that the deceased was seized of the following described real estate in <br />i <br />said county,to -wit: Part of Section Thirteen (13) in Township Eleven (11) North,Range Nine (9), <br />West 6 P.M.,known as Lot D in Garden Subdivision,and the South Two (So.2) acres of Lot C in said <br />Garden Subdivision,and that in accordance with the provision of said will and codicils thereto, <br />the following persons are entitled to share in said estate as f ollows:D.O.Beekmann is devised and <br />bequeathed an undivided one - seventh part thereof; Lizzie Sass is devised and bequeathed an undiv- <br />ided one - seventh part thereof;John E.Beckmann is devised and bequeathed an undivided 6ne- seventh <br />part thereof;Anna Heesch is devised and bequeathed an undivided one - seventh part thereof ;Olga <br />Meineke is devised and bequeathed an undivided one - seventh part thereof;Augusta Wiese is devised <br />and bequeathed an undivided one- seventh part thereof;Henry Ehlers is devised and bequeathed an <br />undivided one - twenty-first part thereof; Emilie Riss is devised and bequeathed an undivided one - <br />twenty -first part thereof;Ella Soeth is devised and bequeathed an undivided one - twenty -first part <br />thereof; the City of Grand Island 0150.00 for the perpetual upkeep of the cemetery lots of the <br />deceased. <br />The Court further finds that the City of Grand Island has been paid the sum of $150.00 for the <br />perpetual upkeep of said cemetery lots and hat said legacy has been satisfied in full; that the <br />personal property of the deceased has been divided in accordance with the terms of said will,for <br />which proper receipts have been filed in this Court;that the inheritance taxes due the State of <br />Nebraska have been paid in full;that this estate is not subject to estate taxes due the United St <br />of America;that all court costs and expenses,executors fees and attorneys fees and all other clai <br />have been paid and that everything that should have been done has been done herein and the Court <br />does award the real estate described herein as follows: <br />An undivided one - seventh part thereof is devised and bequeathed to D.O.Beckmann <br />An undivided one - seventh part thereof is devised and bequeathed to Lizzie Sass <br />An undivided one - seventh part thereof is devised and bequeathed to John E.Beckmann <br />An undivided one - seventh part thereof is devised and bequeathed to Anna Heesch <br />tes <br />
