1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />410 <br />twill and testament of the realand personal estate of said Chris Reese, deceased, and the same was[— <br />ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 14th <br />day of May, 1935; <br />(SEAL) <br />Paul N.Kirk, County Judge <br />That thereupon this Court appointed Julius Reese administrator with the will annexed and said <br />appointee thereupon filed his bond and took the administrator's oath and entered upon the duties <br />of that office. <br />That on the 17th day of June, 1935, this Court made an order giving notice to creditors providing <br />that all creditors of said Chris Reese:be allowed three months from and after the 9th day of July, <br />1935, in which to file their claims with proof thereof for examination and allowance, and that all <br />claims outstanding against said estate, not so filed within the time limit, shall be forever barre <br />and that publication of such notice be made for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Indepen <br />dent, a legal newspaper published and circulating in said Hall County; that said notice was so <br />published according to the proofs on file in this office; that all claims filed against said <br />estate have been paid and satisfied. <br />The Court further finds that the deceased was' siezed of Lot Two (2) in Block Nineteen (19) and <br />Lot Nine (9) in Block Fifteen (15), both in H.G.Clark's Addition to Brand Island,Nebraska, also <br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Two (2) in Westview Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, acco <br />Ing to the recorded plats thereof. <br />The Court further finds that Margaretha Reese, wife of said Chris Reese, departed this life on <br />the 26th day of May, 1932, and that any interest She might have had in said premises by operation <br />of law or by virtue of the provisions of said will, have ceased and that said real estate decende <br />to the following persons in such share-and proportion as follows, to -wit: An undivided one - fourth <br />part to Julius Reese, a son, an undivided one - fourth part to Elizabeth Alexander, a daughter, an <br />undivided one - fourth part to Pershing Reese, Elaine Reese and Betty May Reese, do- tenants, grand <br />children of the deceased, and the children of William Reese, a predeceased son of said Chris Rees <br />and an undivided one - fourth part to Louis Poff and Betty Margaret Poff, co- tenants, grandchildren <br />the deceased and the children of Anna Poff, a predeceased daughter of the said Chris Reese, <br />That said administrator has caused a proper tombstone to be erected on the lot of the deceased <br />and has paid for the same as a part of the expenses in this estate. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED and the. Court does award unto Julius Reese an un- <br />divided one - fourth part, to Elizabeth Alexander an undivided one-fourth part, to Pershing Reese, <br />Elaine Reese and Betty May Reese an undivided one- fourth part, and to Louis Poff and Betty Mar- <br />garet Poff an undivided one - fourth part of all personal property and of the premises herein des- <br />cribed, and to their several heirs and assigns, forever; that said administrator with the will <br />annexed has properly accounted for all monies and other personal property coming into his hands <br />and that he be discharged from further acting herein, and that said estate is not subject to in- <br />heritance taxes on the part of the State of Nebraska nor subject to any estate taxes due the <br />United States of America; that all court costs, expenses, administrator's fees and attorneys fees <br />have been paid and that everything that should have been done has been done herein and it is <br />therefore ordered that this estate be closed. <br />It is further ordered that any claims against the deceased are forever barred and all persons en- <br />joined from filing any claims whatever against the estate of the deceased. <br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that this estate be closed. <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />County Judge. , <br />of <br />
