<br />i 24th day of May, 1935, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of William
<br />i Schmidt, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 18th day of June, 1935, said
<br />i instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the las

<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said William Schmidt, deceased, and the sam(
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />The Court further finds that thereupon Mathilda Schmidt filed her bond and the oath required by
<br />law and entered upon the duties of the office of executrix; that on the 19th day of June 1935, an
<br />order was made herein giving notice to creditors) providing that all creditors of the deceased be
<br />allowed three months from the 16th day of July, 19351 in which to file their claims, if any, with
<br />proof thereof for examination and allowance; and that all claims against said estate, not so file(
<br />within the time limit, shall be forever barred and that publication for such notice be made for
<br />three successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newpaper published and
<br />circulating in said Hall County; that said notice was so published, according to the proofs on

<br />file, and that all claims against the deceased and said estate have been paid and satisfi.6d.

<br />The Court further finds that the deceased was seized of the following described real estate in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, namely Lot Six (6) in Block Eight (S) in Rollins' Addition to the City of

<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, also the following real estate in Buffalo County, Nebraska,
<br />to -wit: Southeast Quarter (SE 0 Section Eight (9) and the East Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(EINEI-) of Section Seventeen (17) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Fourteen (14), West 6 P.M.
<br />W and that in accordance with the provisions of said will the following persons are entitled to the
<br />sum of $5.00 each, to -wit: Otto Schmidt, Herman Schmidt, William Schmidt, Hugo Schmidt, Antonett
<br />Schmidt, Alma Schmidt, and Emma Wivell, nee Schmidt; that Alma Schmidt departed this life on the
<br />9th day of February,,19340 and the said Emma Wivell was the duly appointed, qualified and acting
<br />executrix of the estate of said Alma Schmidt, deceased, and that said legacies have been satisfie
