<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />WILLIAM SCHMIDT, deceased.
<br />FINAL DECREE.

<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard upon the final report of the executrix herein, there
<br />being present Herbert F.Mayer, one of the Attorneys for this estate, and upon examination of the
<br />files, the Court finds that said Mathilda Schmidt, the duly appointed, qualified and acting execu-
<br />,trix, filed her final report in this court on the 3rd day of March, 1936, showing receipts and
<br />i
<br />lexpenditures by her made, praying for an order directing the approval of said report and for her
<br />discharge from further acting; the Court finds that on the 311 day of March, 1936, an order was
<br />made setting this matter down for hearing on the 31st day of March, 1936, at 19 o'clock A.H- and
<br />that notice of said order was published once a week for three weeks in the Grand Island Independen
<br />but that no objections have been filed, nor has anyone appeared in opposition to the approval of
<br />said report, and the court finds that said report is true and correct in all things, that the
<br />expenditures shown therein are proper charges against said estate and that said report should be
<br />approved.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said report be and it is hereby approved as
<br />the final report of said executrix and that she be discharged from further acting and her bond
<br />released.
<br />This matter comming on to be heard, the Court finds that William Schmidt departed this life a
<br />resident of said County on the 7th day of May, 1935, testate, leaving a last will in which
<br />Mathilda Schmidt is named executrix and that said will was filed in this court with petition
<br />for probate of the same on the 24th day of May, 1935, and after due notice given by publication,
<br />the same was admitted to probate on the 15th day of June, 19351 which will is in words and figures
<br />las follows, to -wit:
<br />[, Wilhelm Schmidt, make this my last will hereby revoking all former wills.
<br />L appoint my wife Mathilda Schmidt executrix of this will and provide that she need give no bond.
