<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />:This matter coming on this day to be heard upon the final report of the administratrix.and there
<br />being present Herbert F.Mayer, one of the attorneys for this estate, and upon examination of the
<br />files herein, the Court finds that Sophia Bockmann, the duly appointed, qualified and acting ad-
<br />ministratrix, filed her final report in this court on the 5th day of March, 1936, setting forth
<br />the receipts and expenditures by her made, and praying for an order directing the approval of saV
<br />j report and her discharge from further acting, the Court finds that on the 5th day of March, 1936s
<br />an order was made setting this matter down for hearing on the 31st day of March, 1936, at 10 o'cl ck
<br />A.M. and that a notice of said order was published once a week for three weeks in the Grand Isl
<br />Independent and that no objectiois have been filed nor has anyone appeared to oppose the approval
<br />of said report and the`Court finds that said report is true and correct in all things, that the
<br />expenditures shown therein are proper charges against said estate and that said report should be
<br />approved.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said report is approved as the final report of
<br />said administratrix and that she be discharged and her bond released from further liability,
<br />This matter coming on further to be heard, the Court finds that Arthur Bockmann departed this lif
<br />on'_the 7th day of September, 1935, intestate, a resident of said county, and that upon proper app�i-
<br />cation and due notice given, this Court appointed Sophia Bockmann administratrix of said estate
<br />thereupon filed her bond, took the administrator's oath and entered upon the duties of that offic .
<br />That on the 15th day of October, 1935, this Court made an order giving notice to creditors provid
<br />ing that all creditors of said Arthur Bockmann be allowed three months from and after the 12th
<br />of November, 1935, in which to file theta claims with proof thereof for examination and allowance
<br />and that all claims outstanding against said estate, not so filed within the time, limit, shall b
<br />forever barred and that publication of such notice be made for three successive weeks in the Gran
<br />Island Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulating in said Hall County; that said
<br />notice was so published according to the proofs on file in this office; that all claims filed
<br />against said estate hate been paid and satisfied.

<br />The Court further finds that the deceased was siezed of Lot Two (2) and Three (3) in section
<br />Twenty -four (24), Township Ten (10) Range Ten (10) in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said Arthur Bockmann was an unmarried man and left no wife nor
<br />children and that his only heir at law is Sophia Bockmann, his mother, his father having prede-
<br />ceased him and that she is entitled to -all of the estate of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that all inheritance taxes due the State of Nebraska have been paid but
<br />that this estate is not subject to estate taxes due the United States of America; that all court
<br />costs, expenses and fees of all kinds have been paid and that everything that should have been
<br />done has been done and that this estate should be closed and the administratrix discharged.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Court award to Sophia.Bockmann Lots Two (2
<br />and Three (3) in Section Twenty -four (24), Township Ten (10) North Range Ten (10) West 6 P.M. in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, to her and to her heirs and assigns forever, she being the same person who
<br />is widow of Henry Bockmann and who has already been given by him a life estate in said premises;
<br />and further, all personal property, notes and mortgages and all other choses in action be awarded
<br />to her forever, particularly the real estate mortgage by Otto Wiese and wife to Lot Two (2) of th,
<br />County Subdivision of Sections Nine (9) and Sixteen (16) in Township Ten (10),Range Nine (9),con-
