<br />�I, J.H.Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />23rd day of July 1924, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Anna Rewerts
<br />deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 21st day of July, 1924, said instrumen
<br />to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and
<br />`testament of the real and personal estate of said Anna Rewerts, deceased, and the same was ordere
<br />to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 21st
<br />`day of July, 1924.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />!Now, on this 30" day of March, 1936, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of the
<br />executors Chas.M.Redman and Frank Rewerts of the last will and testament of Anna Rewerts, deceased
<br />!and the Court, having examined the records, the final report, and the files, receipts, and voucher
<br />?filed herein, and being duly advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been
<br />!given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said
<br />final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no one appearing to object, the Court finds
<br />!that said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for
<br />Ithe final report of said Executors.
<br />:The Court further finds that on the 19th day of February, 1924, Anna Rewerts departed this life
<br />land at the time of her death was a resident and inhabitant of the county of Hall and state of Ne-
<br />i
<br />braska.
<br />'That on the 23d day of June, 1924, a petition was filed herein by Frank Rewerts and Uhas. M.Redmar.
<br />Ifor the allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of sal
<br />Anna Rewerts, deceased, the Court thereupon fixed July 21, 1924, as the date for hearing and proof
<br />of said "-last will and testament, and due notice thereof was given as by law provided, fixing the
<br />!time and place for hearing; that on said date said instrument was duly proven, allowed and admitte
<br />;to probate as and for the last will and testament of said Anna Rewerts, deceased, and letters tes-

<br />�!tamentary were duly issued thereon to Frank Rewerts and Chas. M.Redman, Executors, as named in sal
<br />!
<br />#last will and testament, and they thereupon qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for filing claims against said estate, that all claims filed and allowed
<br />!have been paid, and that the time fixed for filing claims has expired, and that all persons having
<br />,claims against said estate, if such there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IThe Court further finds that Anna Rewerts died seized as the owner in fee simple of the following
