<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />of Eliza J.Guy, Deceased. )
<br />Now on this 19th day of March, 1936, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Newtdn
<br />Senseney, administrator of the estate of Eliza J.Guy, deceased, it appearing to the satisfaction
<br />of the court from the proof on file, that notice was given to all persons interested of the f iline
<br />of said report, and of the time fixed for final settlemOnt,of said estate, by publication, and no
<br />one appearing to object to the allowance of said report,
<br />After a full examination thereof, the court finds that the said report is correct in all respects
<br />and ought to be allowed, that said administrator has accounted for all of said estate which came
<br />into his hands, and there remains no money in his hands for distribution, that said administrator
<br />has on hand the note of Charles Guy for $25.00, the note of Jonas and Mary M.Guy for $235.00, and
<br />the note of Elry Guy for U05.00, and that according to said report, arrangements have been made
<br />to pay said notes, upon the sale of the real estate belonging to said estate,
<br />The court further finds that the creditors of the said Eliza J.Guy, deceased, were duly notified
<br />by publication as required by law, as to the time limited and place appointed for filing claims
<br />against said estate, and that said time has fully expired, and that all claims outstanding against
<br />said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />The court further finds that funeral expense and expense of the last sickness, doctor bills, and
<br />other claims against said estate have been fully paid -and settled.
<br />The court further finds that the said Eliza J.Guy departed this life on the 15th day of February,
<br />1933, that she was, at the time of her death, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she
<br />died intestate, leaving surviving her as her heirs at law and only heirs at law, the following
<br />named persons:
<br />Willis Guy, a son,
<br />Jonas Guy, a son,
<br />Charles Guy, a son,
<br />Acy Guy, a son,
<br />Elry Guy, a son, and
<br />Nancey E.Guy, a daughter,
<br />The Court further finds that the said Eliza J.Guy was, at the time of her death, the owner of an
<br />undivided one -third interest in and to the N2 NEI of Section 12, Township 11, Range 12, West of t
<br />6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, and that under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska,
<br />said real estate descended as follows, at her death:
<br />One -sixth thereof to Willis Guy,
<br />one sixth thereof to Jonas Guy,
<br />one -sixth thereof to Charles Guy,
<br />one -sixth thereof to Acy Guy
<br />one -sixth thereof to Elry Guy,
<br />one -sixth thereof to Nancey E.Guy,
<br />It is therefore ordered and considered by the court that the report of the administrator be, and
<br />the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account, and that upon the colleetiol
<br />of the notes now held by the administrator, and the payment of the attorney fees and other expens(
<br />in connection with said estate as shown by the administrator's report, that said administrator be
<br />discharged of this trust.
<br />It is further ordered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up
<br />any claims or demands against the estate of Eliza J.Guy, deceased.
<br />It is further ordered and decreed by the court that all of the right, title, and interest of the
<br />said Eliza J.Guy in and to an undivided one -third interest of the North half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of Section Twelve (12) Township Eleven (11) North, of Range Twelve (12) Hall County, Ne-
<br />braska, did pass and descend at her death, under and by virtue of the laws of descent of the state
