<br />That the deceased died siezed of the following described real estate situated in the County of
<br />and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />;Northwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 11, Range 9,
<br />{Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 11, Range 9,
<br />North Half of Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 11.,E Range 9
<br />The Court further finds that the terms and conditions of said will and codicil have been complied
<br />;with and that the following legacies have been paid and satisfied, and for which proper receipts a
<br />on file in this court and that said legatees have no further interest in this estate, to -wit:
<br />Christine Margaretha Matthiesen, sometimes known as Christina, $200.00;
<br />Emma Rosetta Guelzow, now Emma Rosetta Guelzow Brooks, $200.030;
<br />?Maria Johanna Guelzow, now Maria Johanna Guelzow,Thesenvitz, $200.00;
<br />Rosa Amanda Guelzow, now Rosa Amanda Guelzow Werner $200.00;
<br />Anna Dorothea Guelzow now Anna Dorothea Guelzow Stauss, $200.00;'
<br />that Mina Catherina Husmann departed this life on the 15th day of November, 1919, and that Henry
<br />iwas the duly appointed and acting administrator of her estate and that there has been pE
<br />to him $200, the legacy provided for the said Mina Catherina Husmann in said will for which his
<br />jreceipts are also on file in this Court; that the said Wilhelm Nicolaus Guelzow has been paid the
<br />i
<br />;sum of $2,000.00 as provided for in said will.
<br />{The Court further finds that Meta Catherina Guelzow, widow of said deceased, departed this life

<br />!on the 15th day of October, 1934, and that the life estate given to her in said will did thereby
<br />(terminate and is no longer an encumbrance or charge upon the real estate described in the decree
<br />land that the devisees Wilhelm Nicolaus Guelzow and Hans Heinrich Guelzow have performed all of the
<br />terms, conditions and obligations imposed upon them in said will and codicil and are therefore en-
<br />titled to take the premises devised to them in said will and codicil, relieved of all obligations,
<br />legacies or conditions imposed upon them or either of them in said w�.11 and Codicil.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED and the Court does award under the terms of said
<br />will and codicil the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34 qnd the Southwest Quarter of
<br />the Southwest Quarter of Section 27 and the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section
<br />33, All in Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6 P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, unto Hans
<br />Heinrich Guelzow, to him and to his heirs forever, free of any claims whatever of the legatees
<br />named in said will.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED and the Court does award under the terms of said will
<br />and codicil the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34 and the Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of Section 33, all in Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6 P.M. in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, to Wilhelm Nicolaus Guelzow, now known as William Nicolaus Gulzow, to have and
<br />to hold to him and to his heirs and assigns forever, free of any claims whatever of the legatees
<br />named in said will.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS That all costs and expenses in this proceeding have been paid, that this
<br />estate is not liable for any state inheritance taxes nor liable for estate taxes under the laws of
<br />the United States of America and that this estate should be closed.

<br />IT IS FURTHFLR ORDERED that no claims, if any there be, against the deceased or this estate be fil4d
<br />herein and that all persons are enjoined from filing any claims whatsoever in this matter.
<br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that this estate be closed.
