<br />!vested in interest bearing securities or in certificates of deposit bearing interest and pay all
<br />interest or profits derived therefrom to my wife as long as she shall live and all the balance of

<br />my personal property I give,devise and bequeath to my said wife for and during the term of her
<br />natural life. Within One Year after the death of my said wife, if my said son Hans Heinrich Guel ow
<br />survives her, I direct that my said Executors shall pay out of my personal estate, which shall
<br />elude such personal property as remains of what is herein given to my wife for life, One Half of
<br />the Legacies mentioned in item or paragraph "Fifth ", hereof, and my said son Hans Heinrich Guelz
<br />shall pay one half of said Legacies, and upon said Legacies being paid in full I direct my Executers
<br />to divide the balance of my personal property, including Money, notes and all other kinds of per-
<br />sonal property, equally between my two sons, Hana.Heinrich Guelzow and Wilhelm Nicolaus Guelzow;
<br />Provided however, should my said son Hans Heinrich.Guelzow depart this life prior to the death of
<br />my wife, then and in that case, I direct that all of said Legacies mentioned in paragraph or item
<br />"Fifth" hereof be fully paid by my said Executors out of my personal property and the balance of
<br />my personal property then remaining, including money, notes, and all other kinds of personal proper-
<br />ty, I give to my said son Wilhelm Nicolaus Guelzow, to have the same in absolute title.
<br />Seventh:
<br />I direct that my minor children shall have a home with and be cared for by my said wife during th
<br />remainder of their minority, and upon the death of my said wife, I direct that if Hans Heinrich
<br />Guelzow, my son, survives her that said minor children shall have a home with him and be cared fo
<br />by him during the remainder of their minority, but in case of his death prior to the decease of m
<br />said wife I direct that said minor children shall have a home and be cared for by my said son
<br />Wilhelm Nicolaus Guelzow during the remainder of their minority.
<br />Eighth:
<br />I hereby appoint my friends, Friedrich Falldorf and Claus Rohweder, Executors of this my Last Wil
<br />and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me made.
<br />In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand, at Grand island, Hall County, Nebraska, this 15
<br />day of January, A.D., 1899.

<br />We, whose names are hereto subscribed, do hereby certify that the Testator, Hans Heinrich Nicolau
<br />Guelzow, subscribed his name to the foregoing instrument in our presence and in the presence of
<br />each of us, and declared at the same time in our presence and hearing that the said Instrument waE
<br />his Last Will and Testament, whereupon we, at his request and in his presence and in the presence
<br />of each other have hereto set our names as attesting witnesses this 15" day of January, 1999.

<br />On this 2nd day of September, 1905, the within Last Will and Testament of Hans Heinrich Nicolaus
<br />Guelzow was duly proved before me, J.H.Mullin, County Judge of said County, according to law, as
<br />the Last Will and Testament of the real and personal estate of said deceased, and the same was
<br />admitted to probate and duly recorded in this office.

<br />Codicil to the Last will and Testament of Hans Henry Nicolaus Guelzow; In place of the "Sixth" it
