<br />HANS HEINRICH NICOLAUS GUELZOW, 
<br />deceased. 
<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard upon the final report of the executor, the Court finds !, 
<br />Ithat the report of Claus Rohweder was filed herein on the 29th day of May, 1933, showing that all 
<br />!monies and other property coming into the hands of the executors named in the will, to- wit: 
<br />{ 
<br />!Friedrich Falldorf and Claus Rohweder, have been properly accounted for and that there is no prop 
<br />erty in the hands of said executors; 
<br />That Friedrich Falldorf departed this life on the 3rd day of January 1915, and that the surviving 
<br />executor, Claus Rohweder, continued the management of the trust reposed in him under the will, t 
<br />wit: an investment of $2,000.00 the income from which was to be paid Meta Guelzow, widow-of the 
<br />deceased Hans Henrich Nicolaus Guelzow. 
<br />That upon the filing of said report, an order was made by this Court on the 25th day of April,1935 
<br />fixing the 21st day of May, 1935, as the time for the filing of objections, if any there might be, 
<br />to the approval of said report and why the prayer of said executor should not be granted and notic 
<br />thereof was published as required by law, three times in the Grand Island Independent. 
<br />No objections have been filed; this court thereupon approved said report and found that the same 
<br />should be alloy °red as the final report of said surviving executor. 
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said report be taken and accepted as the true 
<br />and final report of the said Claus Rohweder and that the same be approved and he be discharged fro 
<br />further acting in this matter and his bond released from further liability. 
<br />This matter corning on further to be heard, the court finds that Hans Henrich Nicolaus Guelzow 
<br />departed this life testate, a resident of the said County of Hall on the 29th day of July, 1905, 
<br />and that Friedrich Falldorf and Claus Rohweder were named executors in his last will and that his 
<br />Will was filed in this court on the 5th day of August, 1905, and duly admitted to probate on the 
<br />2nd day of September, 1905, after due notice was given according to law, which will was executed 
<br />bn the 15th day of January 1899, and attached to said will is a codicil executed on the 13th day 
<br />of October 1900; that said will and codicil are in words and figures as follows, to -wit: 
<br />In the name of God: Amen: I. Hans Heinrich Nicolaus Guelzow, of Hall County, Nebraska, considering 
<br />the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory, Blessed be Gad for the Sam
