<br />real estate did pass and descend at his death to Maud E.Thompson and Lillie M.Cox, his daughters
<br />in equal shares and in absolute title.

<br />Now on txis 3rd day of March, A.D., 19361 this cause came on to be heard upon the final report an
<br />accounting of Herbert F.Mayer, administrator of the estate of Irma A.Larrison, deceased, filed
<br />herein, together with his petition for the approval and allowance of egid final report, settlemen
<br />of said estate, and his discharge herein, and the Court having examined the files and records her
<br />in, including said final report and vouchers attached thereto, heard the evidence in support ther
<br />of, and being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows:
<br />That Thomas R.Larrison filed his petition in this court on the 10th day of September, 1935, where
<br />it was alleged, among other things, that the said Irma A.Larrison departed this life intestate on
<br />the 29th day of March, 1918, a resident of said county at the time of her death, and possessed of
<br />an estate consisting of both real and personal property to be administered in said county, and
<br />prayed that Herbert F.Mayer be appointed by the Court to administer said estate; that upon the
<br />reading and filing of said petition, an order was entered herein fixing the time and place for
<br />hearing said petition and for publication of a notice thereof to all interested parties as provid
<br />by law; and that said matter coming on to be heard at the time and place, an order was entered
<br />herein finding that the allegations of said petition were true and appointed the said Herbert F.
<br />Mayer administrator of said estate and he thereupon qualified as such by filing a bond as provide
<br />I by law.
