<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF FRED M.HARKER.
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Fred M.Harker, of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, be
<br />of sound mind and disposing memory and being mindful of the uncertainty of this mortal life, do
<br />make, publish, and declare this my Last Will and Testament in the manner and form following: -
<br />1. I direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as s
<br />as convenient after my death, and the same shall be paid out of my personal property.

<br />the real estate of which I die possessed, they to have the same in equal shares to each absolutel

<br />1V. I name, nominate and appoint my friend, A.E.Hauke, of Wood River, Nebraska, as Executor of the
<br />my Last Will and Testament, and I hereby revoke any and all former Mills by me made.
