<br />1I, Gustaf Persson of Wood River, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and
<br />;memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordai;
<br />publish and declare this to be my last WILLaAND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to:my
<br />beloveth wife Johannah Persson, Wood River, Nebraska all-my Personal property and Real Property of
<br />whatever kind and wherever located.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Mrs. Gustaf Persson (Johann94 Persson) to be Executrix of
<br />this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me Made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 24th day of May,
<br />in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred Thirty.

<br />11th day of July, 1935, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Gustaf
<br />Persson deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 12th day of August 1935, said
<br />Instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Gustaf Persson, deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
