�1 389 No. 6 HALL COUNTY -- --------- Five (5) Township Nine (9) North of Range Twelve (12) Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at her death; under the terms and conditions of her last will and testament, to John Leonard, her son, in absolute title. It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that all of the right, title and interest of the said Mary E.Leonard in and to the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E-1 NWJ) of Section Eleven (11), Township Ten (10) Range Twelve f12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at her death, under the terms and conditions of her last will and testament, to Eugene Leonard, her son, in absolute title. It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that all of the right, title and interestl, of the said Mary E.Leonard in and to the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W2 SW4) the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SWJNWJ) of Section Eleven (11), and the East Half of the South - east Quarter (E2 SEA) of Section Fourteen (14) all in Township Ten (10),Range Twelve (12),Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at her death, under the terms and conditions of her last will and testament, to Margaret Leonard, Agnes Leonard, Bessie Catherine Leonard, William Leonard, and James Leonard, in absolute title, share and share alike, It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that all household goods and personal effects, did pass and descend at the death of the said Mary E.Leonard, under and by virtue of the last will and testament of the said Mary E.Leonard, deceased, to Margaret Leonard, Agnes Leonard, Bessie Catherine Leonard, William Leonard and James Leonard. It is further ordered and decreed that under and by virtue of the provisions of the last will and testament of the said Mary E.Leonard, all of the remainder of the property including all livestod and machinery, grain and monies, certificates or bonds owned by the said 'Mary E.Leonard at the tin of her death, and the claim against John Lowe, and claim against William N.Stutzman, and the note of James Callihan is hereby assigned to the said James Leonard and William Leonard in absolute title. It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that Mae Colby and Nora Rickert, daughter of the said Mary E.Leonard were each bequeathed the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) under the will of Mary E.Leonard, deceased, and the court finds that said sum of Five Hundred Dollars, ($500.00) has been paid to Mae Colby and the 4sum of]Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) has been paid to Nora Rickert, that they have executed a receipt therefor and that said receipts have been filet with the court herein. The court further finds that Herbert F.Mayer was duly appointed by this court to appraise the property belonging to the estate of Mary E.Leonard for the purpose of fixing the inheritance tax due thereon, if any, that said a.ppraisement was duly made; that the return of said appraiser fixes the gross value of said estate at Twenty -two thousand fifty -nine dollars ($22,059), and that there fore said estate is not subject to inheritance tax. The court further finds that the said estate, being of a value of less than Fifty Thousand dollarE ($50,000) is not subject to any federal inheritance tqx. It is further ordered by the court that the final report of said executors is allowed and approves that said executors are hereby discharged of their trust and their bond as such executors is here- by releases and said estate is forever closed and settled.
