<br />up any claims or demands of whatsoever nature against the estate Mary E.Leonard, deceased.
<br />The court further finds that the said Mary E.Leonard departed this life on the 15th day of Januar�,
<br />1935, that she was at the time of her death, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and that she left a last will and testament, which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admittod
<br />to probate in this court on the 21st day of February, 1935.
<br />The court finds that the said Mary E.Leonard died seized in fee simple title of the following
<br />described real estate situate in the county of Hall and state of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The South half of the Northwest Quarter (Si NW4) of Section Five (5) Township Nine (9) North, of
<br />Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E* NWJ) of Section Eleven (11) Township Ten (10) North,
<br />of Range Twelve'(12) West of the 6th P.M.
<br />The Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SWJ NWJ) and the West half of the Southwest Quar-
<br />ter (WJ SWJ) of Section Eleven (11), and the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E' -A.- SEZ) of Secti n
<br />Fourteen (14) All in Township Ten (10) Mange Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M.
<br />The court further finds that part of the above described real estate stands in the name of Mary E
<br />Leonard, and a part thereof in the name of Mary Leonard, but that Mary E.Leonard and Mary Leonard
<br />is one and the same person.
<br />The court further finds that the said Mary E.Leonard left surviving her as her heirs at law and
<br />only heirs at law, the following named persons, to -wit: Mae Colby, Nora Rickert, Margaret Leo
<br />Agnes Leonard, Bessie Catherine Leonard, her daughters, William Leonard, James Leonard, John Leonard,
<br />Eugene Leonard, her sons, and that she left no husband surviving her.
<br />The court further finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of the last will and testament
<br />of the said Mary E.Leonard, the South half of the Northwest Quarter (SJ NWJ) of Section Five (5)
<br />Township Nine (9) North, of Range Twelve (12) Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend to J
<br />Leonard in absolute title, and the same is hereby awarded to him.
<br />The court further finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of the last will and testamen
<br />of the said Mary E.Leonard, the East half of the Northwest Quarter (EV NWJ) of Section Eleven (11),
<br />Township ten (10) Range Twelve (12) Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend to Eugene Leonar
<br />in absolute title, and the same is hereby awarded to him.
<br />The court further finds that under and by virtue of the provisions of the last will and testamen
<br />of the said Mary E.Leonard, the West half of the Southwest Quarter, the Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (SW$NW�) of Section eleven (11) and the East Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(E* SE4) of Section Fourteen (14), All in township Ten (10) Range Twelve (12) Hall County, Nebra
<br />did pass and descend to Margaret Leonard, Agnes Leonard, and Bessie Catherine Leonard, William
<br />Leonard and James Leonard, and the same is hereby awarded to them.
<br />The court further finds that under and by virtue of the
<br />of the said Mary E.Leonard, all household goods and per
<br />garet Leonard, Agnes Leonard, Bessie Catherine Leonard,
<br />same is hereby awarded to them.
<br />The court further finds that under and by virtue of the
<br />of the said Mary E.Leonard, all of the remainder of the
<br />machinery, grain and monies, certificate or bonds owned
<br />provisions of the last will and testamen

<br />by the said Mary E.Leonard at the time o
<br />her death, did pass and descend to William Leonard and James Leonard, and the same is hereby aws

<br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that all of the personal property rem
<br />ing in the hands of the executors, consisting of the claim against John Lowe, the claim against
<br />William N.Stutzman, and the note of James Callahan is hereby assigned to the said James Leonard
<br />and William Leonard in absolute title, and the property is awarded to them.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that all of the right, title and intere
