i <br />I� <br />�J <br />C <br />'J <br />1 <br />This instrument was on the day of the date thereof, <br />38.7 <br />signed, published and declared by the said i <br />testator Mary E.Leonard to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of us-who at Her request <br />have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses in her, presence and in the presence of each other. <br />The State of Nebraska ) <br />)ss. <br />Hall County, ) <br />CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE OF WILL <br />B.J.Cunningham <br />D.D.01Kane <br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County, <br />on the 21st day of February A.D., 1935. <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />of <br />Mary E.Leonard, deceased. <br />Present Paul N.Kirk, County Judge <br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the <br />26th day of January 1936, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Mary E. <br />Leonard, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 21st day of February 1935, <br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as <br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Mary E.Leonard deceased, and <br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 21st <br />day of February 1935. <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />of Mary E.Leonard, Deceased <br />(SEAL) <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />Now on this 26th day of December, 1935, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of <br />William Leonard and James Leonard, executors of the last will and testament of Mary E.Leonard, <br />deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court, from the proof now on file, that due <br />notice as required by law has been given to all persons interested, of the filing of said report, <br />and of the time fixed for final settlement of the estate of said deceased, <br />After a full examination of said report, the court, being fully advised in the premises, finds <br />that the same is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; that said executors have accoun' <br />for all of the estate of said deceased coming into their hands or under their control, have paid <br />the costs of administration and all claims filed and allowed against said estate, and have paid <br />the funeral expenses, the expense of the last sickness, and have distributed the balance of the <br />personal property among those entitled to share in the distribution under the provisions of the <br />last will and testament of said deceased, and that there remains no money or other personal propel <br />ty in their hands for distribution. <br />The court further finds that due and legal notice was given to all creditors of the said Mary E. <br />Leonard, deceased, of*the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against the estate <br />of said deceased, and that the time allowed creditors for filing claims has fully expired; that <br />all claims outstanding against said deceased not so filed, if any such exist, are therefore for- <br />ever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of said executors be and the <br />same hereby is approved and allowed as and for their final account, and they are discharged of <br />their trust. <br />It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting <br />;ed <br />
