<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN
<br />I, Mary E.Leonard of Wood River, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind
<br />and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make,
<br />ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executors hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath To my
<br />daughters, Mae Colby and Nora Rickert, the sum of Five Hundred dollars each, and direct that the
<br />shall have no other part in my Estate- I make this bequest for the reason they left home and did
<br />not help myself or other children on the farm. Third - I give and devise to my son, John Leonar
<br />the South half of the North west quarter of section Five (5) Town,Nine (9) range Twelve (12), He
<br />to have the same absolutely. Fourth- I give and devise to my son Eugene Leonard The East Half
<br />the North west quarter of section Eleven (11) Town Ten (10) Range Twelve (12) in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, He to have the same absolutely, Fifth- I give and devise to my sons, William Leonard
<br />and James Leonard, and to my Daughters, Margaret Leonard, Agnes Leonard and Bessie Catherine

<br />of Section Eleven, and the east half of the south east quarter of section Fourteen (14), All in
