<br />Nebraska, and that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, said real estate descended

<br />$To Eggert Christiansen, her husband, an undivided * thereof;
<br />To John Krull and Andrew Krull, sons of Johan Krull, an undivided ` thereof, subject to the home-
<br />stead rights of the said Eggert Christiansen
<br />To Frank Krull, August Krull, John Krull, Emma Bixenmann and Ida Krull, children of Julius Krull,
<br />jan undivided J part thereof, subject to the homestead rights of the said Eggert Christiansen there
<br />in.
<br />�It is therefore considered by the court that the report of the administrator be and the same is
<br />Thereby approved and allowed as and for his f inkl. account and he is discharged of his trust.

<br />iIt is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing
<br />or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Caroline Christiansen, deceased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that all of the right, title, and in-
<br />terest of Caroline Christiansen in and to Lot 1 in Block 10 in Clarkson's First Addition to the
<br />Village of Alda, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at her death, under and by virtue
<br />of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, in the manner following:
<br />To Eggert Christiansen, her husband, an undivided One -half thereof;
<br />To John Krull and Andrew Krull, and undivided one- fourth part thereof, in equal shares, subject
<br />to the homestead bights of the said Eggert Christiansen therein;
<br />To Frank Krull, August Krull, John Krull, Emma Bixenmann and Ida Krull, children of Julius Krull,
<br />and undivided one - fourth part thereof in equal shares, subject to the homestead rights of the sai(
<br />Egg-ert Christiansen therein, and the court awards it to them.

<br />H.P.Zieg, executor under the last will and testament of Maude E.Steinmeier, deceased, heretofore
