<br />Now on this 5th day of November, 1935, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by Louisa Heusinger, administratrix of the estate of Charles R.Heusinger, deceased, and upc
<br />her petition for the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate and her dis-
<br />charge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein, and being fully advised
<br />in the premises, finds as follows:
<br />That Louisa Heusinger filed her petition in this Court on the 24th day of April, 19352 alleging,
<br />among other things, that Charles R.Heusinger departed this life intestate on the 21st day of March
<br />1935, and that at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of said County and State
<br />and was the owner of an estate to be administered in said County; that upon reading and filing sai
<br />petition an order was entered fixing the time and place for hearing the evidence in support of sal
<br />petition, giving notice thereof to all interested parties by publishing said notice for three suc-
<br />cessive weeks in the Grand Islandlndependent, a legal newspaper published and circulated in said
<br />County, and that said hearing was held, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and as by law required
<br />and Letter of Administration granted to said petitioner upon the filing of her bond in this Court
<br />as required by law.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court
<br />for filing claims against said estate by publication for three successive weeks in the Grand Islan
<br />Independent as provided by law, and that all persons having claims against said estate not filed
<br />within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoine
<br />from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />That said deceased departed this life leaving surviving him as his heirs at law, and only heirs at
<br />law, legatees, devisees, and persons entitled to share in his estate, the following, to -wit: Louis
<br />Heusinger, widow, Louie Heusinger, a son, Ottellia Heuring, a daughter, Jennie Anderson, a daughte
<br />Louise McDermott, a daughter.
<br />That said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in said County and State consisting of
<br />certain p operty, same being described as Lot Four (4), Block Two (2), Wiebe's Addition to Grand
<br />A
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and that said real estate did pass and descend at the death of the
<br />deceased to Louisa Heusinger, surviving widow, a one -third part therein and to Louie Heusinger,
<br />
