379 No. 6 HALL COUNTY executrix of said estate, and the Court having examined the records and files herein, including said report and the vounhers attached thereto and being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows: That on the 30th day of October, 1934, the said Dora Schuett filed her petition in the Court, in which she alleged, among other things, that Fred Schuett departed this life at his residenbe to Hall County, Nebraska, on the 24th day of October, 1934, leaving a Last Will and Testament, in which your petitioner was named executrix thereof, which instrument she offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament of said deceased and asked that she be appointed executrix thereof; that upon reading and filing of said petition, this Court entered an order fixing the time and place for hearing said petition and gave notice thereof, as provided by law, and that said matter coming on to be heard upon the day fixed by the gourt, said instrument was duly admitted to probate in this Court as the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, and ?getters of Administration were issued to Dora Schuett. That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court for filing claims against said estate, and all persons having claims against said estate not file within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred, excluded and enjointd from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. That said deceased departed this life, leaving as his heirs at law, and only heirs at law, devise s and legatees and persons entitled to share in his said estate, the following named persons, to -wit matter, and That there is no Inheritance tax due Hall County, Nebraska, IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT, that all persons having claims agai� said estate, not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever barrj excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any chuch claims against said estate and that the final report filed herein be, and the same is, hereby approved and allowed as and for her fine report, said estate settled and closed, said executrix and her surety on her official bond are hereby released from any further liability in said matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate hereinbefore desert' did pass and descend at the death of said deceased to Dora Schuett in fee simple by virtue of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made. Dora Schuett widow, That said deceased departed this life the owner, in fee simple, in and to the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: The Easterly Fifteen acres of the Southerly thirty (30) acres of the East Half of the Weet�Half of the Southeast Quarter (E* WJ SE4) of Section Four (4), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4 above described, thence in a Northerly direction parallel with the East Section line of said Section 4, a distance of 120 rods; thence in a Westerly direction at right angles parallel with the North Section line of said Section 42 a distance of 20 rods; thence in a Southerly direction parallel with the East line of said Section 4, a distance of 120 rods; thence in an Easterly direction along South Section line of said Section 4, a distance of 20 rods, to the place of beginning makir a rectangular piece of ground 20 rods in width and 120 rods in length and containing 15 acres, and that said real estate hereinbefore described did pass and descend, under the terms of said Last Will and Testament, to Dora Schuett in fee simple.
