<br />That said deceased departed this life leaving as his heirs, and only heirs -at -law, and persons
<br />entitled to share in his estate, namely :-
<br />Kyrtle Bodenhamer, surviving widow; Margaret Bodenhamer, a daughter; Norma Bodenhamer, a daughter;
<br />and Dorothy Bodenhamer, a daughter; all of whom are minors and reside with their mother in Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That said deceased departed this life the owner of an estate consisting of both real and personal
<br />property, said personal property being entirely exhausted in the payment of debts and costs of ad-
<br />ministration there remains the real estate described as
<br />Lot Ten (10), Block Eighty -three (83)1 Wheeler &,Bennett's Fourth(4th) Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />which descends by virtue of the Statutes of Descent of the State of Nebraska to said deceased's
<br />heirs in the following proportions, subject only to the life estate and homestead rights of the
<br />surviving widow, Myrtle Bodenhamer:
<br />To Myrtle Bodenhamer, surviving widow, a one -third interest therein, and to each of the deceased's
<br />daughters, namely Margaret, Dorothy and Norma, all minors, a two- ninths interest therein; and
<br />That the final report filed herein by said Administratrix should be approved and allowed as and
<br />for her final report, said estate settled and closed, and said Administratrix discharged and her
<br />bondsmen released from any further liability in said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate has been duly appraised and found to be exempt from the
<br />payment of any inheritance tax either by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska or the Laws
<br />of the United States of America.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate not filed within the time allowed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever
<br />barred and excluded from filing or setting up any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that the final report filed herein by said Administratrix be,
<br />and the same is hereby, approved and allowed as and for her final report, said estate settled and
<br />closed, and said Administratrix discharged and her bondsmen released from any and all further
<br />liability in said matter.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED..by the Court that the real estate owned by the deceased at the time of his
<br />death did pass and descend by virtue of the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska to his heirs
<br />as hereinbefore found by the Court, and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
