<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />NOW on this 23rd day of April, 1935, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report filed
<br />herein by Myrtle Bodehamer, Administratrix of said Estate, and upon her petition for the approval
<br />and allowance of her report, settlement of said Estate, and her discharge herein, and the Court
<br />having examined the records and files of said Estate, together with said report and the vouchers
<br />attached thereto, and being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows:
<br />That on the 7th day of September, 1934, after due notice as provided by law, a hearing was had
<br />before this Court on the petition of Myrtle Bodenhamer praying for the administration of her hus-
<br />band's estate in said Court, and an order entered herein finding that Duward A.Bodenhamer, husband
<br />of said petitioner, had departed this life intestate at Council Bluffs, Iowa, on the 13th day of
<br />August, 1934, and was a resident of said Hall County, Nebraska, at the time of his death and was
<br />the owner of an Estate to be administered in said County, and his surviving widow, Myrtle Bodenh
<br />was duly and legally appointed Administratrix of his Eatate and qualified as such by filing her
<br />as provided by law;
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place for filing claims
<br />against said Estate, and said time having fully expired, all persons having claims against said
<br />estate not filed and allowed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, should -be
<br />forever barred, excluded, and enjoined from setting up or filing any such claims against said Esta6 :
