<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF EGGERT CHRISTIANSEN.
<br />I I, Eggert Christiansen, of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory and being mind

<br />of the uncertainty of life, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Tes
<br />went and do hereby revoke all wills heretofore made by me.
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses and the expense

<br />j of my last sickness out of my personal property.

<br />SECOND:

<br />I give and bequeath to my nephew, William Christensen, and my niece, Maggie Lorenzen, children
<br />of my sister Mena, $500.00 each.
<br />THIRD:
<br />All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal, I give, bequeath and
<br />devise to Frank Krull, August Krull, John Krull, Emma Bixenmann, Ida Krull, these being nephews
<br />and nieces of my wife, John R.Krull, my adopted son, Andrew Krull, brother of John R.Krull, Wil-
<br />liam Christensen and Maggie Lorenzen, in equal shares, one ninth part thereof to each of them.

<br />I nominate and appoint my friend, John Thomssen, to be the executor of this my last will.
