366 <br />TTIEA4SU$T1IIE CO.. 8427-$ -33 <br />;December 21, 1904 in Book 41 of the Miscellaneous Records of Woodbury County in the State of Iowa! <br />at page 339, and that a certified copy of the same was produced at the hearing hereof; that said <br />Lots One Hundred Fifty -nine (159) and One Hundred Sixty (160) in Belmont Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island in Hall County, Nebraska, passed and descended under the statutes of descent of the <br />State of Nebraska to Emil C.Detlefsen, her husband, and Helen Detlefsen Preston, her adopted <br />daughter, in fee simple as tenants in common, each taking an undivided one -half interest therein. <br />The court further finds that the deceased died seized of one 1929 Chevrolet car of the value of <br />One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and sundry articles of wearing apparel, household articles and or- <br />E <br />Snaments of the person of inconsequential value, which were exempt and passed to the surviving hu <br />band. The court further finds that said Chevrolet car was taken by the surviving husband during <br />!his lifetime and was by him given to his said daughter; that the deceased also died possessed of <br />one certificate for twenty -five shares of the capital stock of the Jayhawk Producing and Refining <br />`Company, dated August 5, 1930, numbered 901, issued to her by the name of Francies Detlefsen; tha <br />the same passed and descended to Emil C.Detlefsen and Helen Detlefsen Preston; that Emil C.Detlefs1en <br />died leaving Helen Detlefsen Preston as his sole and only devisee and legatee and the court finds <br />;that said certificate has been duly assigned and transferred to her as administratrix of the de- <br />!ceased's estate and as executrix of the estate of Emil C.Detlefsen.
