<br />IT IS_THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT: that the final account and report of
<br />said executor be, and the same is, hereby allowed and approved; that all debts and claims allowed
<br />against said estate, including all fees, costs and expenses of probating and administering said
<br />estate have been fully paid; that all claims not filed or proved against said estate, if a ry there

<br />hereinbefore described and that the same .was devised and descended under the statute of wills of
<br />Nebraska as follows:
<br />(a). To Matilda Drews, widow of the testator, a conditional life estate in all said real estate,
<br />terminable upon condition subsequent in the event of her remarriage, under item 4 of said will.
<br />(b). To Ernest Drews, subject to such life estate of Matilda Drews, the Northwest quarter tNWJ)
<br />of Section Fourteen (14), in Township Fourteen (14), North, of Range Nine (9),West of the 6th
<br />Principal Meridian in Howard County, Nebraska.
<br />(c). To Leslie Drews, subject to such life estate of Matilda Drews, the Northeast quarter (NE-1) of
<br />Section Thirty -three (33), in Township Fifteen (15), North-of Range Ten (10), West of the 6th Prin
<br />cipal Meridian, in Howard County, Nebraska, and
<br />(d). To Emma Wulf, subject to such life estate of Matilda Drews, the South Forty -eight (8.491) fee
<br />of Lot Twelve (12) and the North Twenty -two (N.221) feet of Lot Thirteen (13) and the North Twenty
<br />two (N.221) feet of the West Sixteen (W.161) feet of Lot Two (2) and the North Two (N.21) feet of
<br />the East Fifty (E.501) feet of Lot Two (2) all in Grosse's Addition to the City of Hastings, in
<br />Adams County, Nebraska and Lot Eight (9) in Block Eleven (11) in Bate maxi's Subdivision of the Sout
<br />east Quarter (SEt) of Northeast quarter (NEt) of Section Eleven (11), in Township Seven (7)North
<br />of Range Ten (10) West of the 6th Principal-Meridian in the City of Hastings, in Adams County,
<br />Nebraska and fractional Lot four (4), in Fractional Block Sixteen (16) in Arnold & Abbott's Addi-
<br />tion and complimentary fractional Lot Four (4) in fractional Block Two (2), in Spaulding & Gregg's
<br />Addition, both additions to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />and said respective parcels of real estate are severally awarded to said devisees respectively as
<br />above determined under said will; that said last will of the deceased has been fully executed
<br />according to the terms thereof and the orders of this court; that said estate has been fully adm
<br />istered and is hereby closed and said executor is discharged of his trust and his bond released.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF FRANK DREWS
<br />OF HASTINGS, NEBRASKA.
<br />I, Frank Drews of Hastings, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory and knowing the uncertainty
<br />of this mortal life, dolmake and publish this my last will and testament as follows:
<br />FIRST: I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all of my just debts, the cost and expense
<br />of my last illness and funeral expenses and the administration of my estate and the cost of the
<br />erection of a suitable monument at my burial place to be selected by my beloved wife and all of
<br />these debts, costs and-expenses shall be paid out of my personal property.
<br />SECOND; Subject to the preceding paragraph, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Matilda Drews,
<br />the residue and remainder of all of my personal property, of every kind and nature, absolutely,
<br />to her and to her heirs forever.
<br />THIRD: Subject to the further provisions hereinafter made for the use and benefit of my beloved
<br />wife, I give and devise to!my beloved children, the following described real estate, to -wit: To
