<br />5th day of February, 1935, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Fri6dric
<br />Quandt, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 28th day of February, 1935,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />bast will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Friedrich Quandt,deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />In the Matter of the Estate FINAL DECREE.
<br />of Frederich Quandt, Deceased.
<br />Now on this 7th day of January, 1936, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Robert Niemoth, administrator C.T.A. of the last will and testament of Frederich Quandt, deceased,
<br />and upon his petition for a settlement of said estate, and the Court having examined the records
<br />and files and being duly advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given
<br />to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for a hearing upon said fine
<br />report as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And no one appearing to object to said report the Court examined the same together with vouchers
<br />on file and the testimony offered in support thereof and being duly advised in the premises finds
<br />that said report is true and correct in all things and that same ought to be allowed and approved
<br />as and for the final report of said administrator CTA.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Frederich Quandt departed this life testate on the first
<br />day of February, 1935, and at the time of his death the said Frederich Quandt was a resident and
<br />inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />;The Court further finds that on the 5th day of February, 19352 Liesette Quandt, widow of the said
<br />Frederich Quandt, deceased, filed in this Court her duly verified petition praying for the allow-
<br />ance and probate of an instrument purporting to be the last will Md testament of said Frederich
<br />Quandt, deceased, and that Robert Niemoth be- appointed administrator with will annexed in view of
