<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
<br />OF
<br />MARY QUINN
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />I, Mary Quinn, widow of Jackson Township, Hall County and State of Nebraska, being of sound mind
<br />and memory, but not unmindful of the possibility of death, do make, declare and publish this my
<br />last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all other Wills made by me and hereby declare t'
<br />to be my last Will and Testament:
<br />1.
<br />In the event of my death, I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out
<br />of my estate.
<br />11.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto Father Sullivan, or his successor, Priest of the Catholic Church
<br />of Wood River, Nebraska, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), the income from which I request
<br />to be used for the purpose of caring for the grave in which I may be buried. I request that the
<br />income from said money be used for that purpose of keeping said grave in a presentable condition.

<br />I give, devised and bequeath unto Father Sullivan, or his successor, Priest of the Catholic Chur
<br />of Wood River, Nebraska, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) to be used for prayers for the
<br />repose of myself and friends.

<br />William Craig has been in my employ for many years last past, and as an evidence of my appreciation
<br />of his faithful service, I give to him the life use of the cottage situated on my property West o
<br />Wood River, Nebraska, to -wit, situate on the North half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 26,
<br />Township 10, North of Range 12, West of the 6th P.M., in Jackson Township, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />and to have and to use said cottage as his home during his life time, and in addition thereto I
<br />give, devise and bequeath unto the said William Craig an annuity of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars
<br />($250.00) per year to be paid to him during the term of his life, and I impress the payment of
<br />said sum to the said William Craig as a charge against my estate.
<br />V.
<br />All the rest and residue of my property of all kinds and nature whatsoever, both real and perso
<br />which I may own at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved niece, Ellen
<br />Farrell, she the said Ellen Farrell being the daughter of John Farrell, my brother, and she now
<br />residing with me at our home West of Wood River, this bequest made to her and to her heirs and
<br />assigns forever.
<br />In the event of the death of the said Ellen Farrell before my death, and in the event of her
<br />marriage and leaving children surviving her, then I direct that the bequest herein made shall
<br />descend to her children, but in the event of her death prior to my death leaving no children
<br />surviving her, I give, devise and bequeath the property herein bequeathed to Ellen Farrell to the
<br />Catholic Church of Wood River, Nebraska; it being my desire that no part of the property herein
<br />bequeathed to Ellen Farrell shall descend to her heirs, unless said heirs be her children.

<br />I request that in the event of my death, W.A.Prince of Grand Island,Nebraska, who has drawn this
<br />Will and who is familiar with my wishes in reference to the disposing of my property shall be
<br />appointed as executor of this my last Will and Testament.
<br />IN WITNESS to the execution of the foregoing gill, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the
