<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred fro
<br />i�fii•ing or setting up any claim against the estate of said Anna Rathman, deceased, and that said
<br />estate; is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court further finds that Anna Rathman died seized of the following described property in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one - fourth interest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SE D of Section Fifteen (15)
<br />;Township Eleven (11), "Range Ten (10) Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The court further finds that Anna Rathman left surviving her as her heirs -at -law and
<br />only heirs- at -lflw, the following: Henry Rathman, husband of the deceased, of Holdrege,
<br />Nebraska; Charles S.Rathman, son of the deceased, of7Bertrand, Nebraska; Elva Schlund, daughter of
<br />the deceased, of Cairo, Nebraska; and Kearn Rathman, son of the deceased of Santa Maria, Calif
<br />all of whom are of-legal age;
<br />;The court further finds that under the laws of the State of Nebraska, the said property would
<br />pass and descend on the death of the deceased to the following persons and in the following shares

<br />,respectively:
<br />iTo To Henry Rathman, an undivided 1/3 interest
<br />each - Charles S.Rathman, Elva Schlund
<br />land Kearn Rathman, an undivided 113 interest
<br />"in and to an undivided 2/3 interest in and to
<br />?the above described premises.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said undivided one- fourth in-
<br />terest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SE-1) of Section Fifteen (15),Township Eleven (11),Range
<br />,Ten (10), in Hall County, Nebraska, descends to and title vests as follows:
<br />To Henry Rathman, an undivided one -third interest thereon; To each Charles S.Rathman, Elva Schlund
<br />and Kearn Rathman an undivided 2/9 interest therein, all in fee.
<br />The court further finds that Henry Rathman, Charles S.Rathman and Kearn Rathman are sometimes
<br />respectively by the names of Henry Rothman, Charles- S.Rothman and Kearn Rothman, and the court fir
<br />that Henry Rathman and Henry Rothman are one and the same persons; that Charles S.Rathman and
<br />ICharles S.Rothman are one and the same persons, that Kearn Rathman and Kearn Rothman are one and
<br />;the same persons.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Admi4istratrix haf
<br />performed all duties of her required in these preceedings, and that she be released and discharge
<br />,and her bondsmen exonerated.
