Thereupon evidence was duly intro - <br />duced, and the Court having examined the said account and being fully advised in the premises find <br />that due and legal notice of the time and place of the hearing upon said final account and petitic <br />for distribution has been given to all persons interested in said estate, as required by law, and <br />finds that the said final account is true and correct in all respects and should be approved and <br />confirmed and the said Administrator discharged from his trust. <br />The Court further finds that the said Administrator received no moneys or other personal property <br />land that there are no personal assets belonging to the said decedent in the state of Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that all costs and expenses of administration have been paid, and that the <br />real estate belonging to the said Edward William Heiman at the time of his death consisted of an <br />undivided one - seventy- second (1/72) interest in the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (Sj NWj) <br />and the North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N* SWj) of Section 18, Township 9, North Range 10,_ <br />West 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />The Court finds that all proceedings have been had in the matter of the said estate for the filing <br />and allowance of claims against said estate; that a time and place for filing and for the heariog <br />land allowance of claims has been duly fixed by order of court and notice thereof given to all per -I <br />(sons interested in said estate: that said time has fully exAired and no claims__ whatever have been <br />
