<br />(The Court further finds that there is the following real estate belonging to the deceased now in
<br />ossession of the said administrator undisposed of and for transfer to the heirs of the deceased
<br />as follows, to -wit:
<br />The NWJ and the NEJ of Sec. 14, Town. 10, Range 26, Sheridan County, Kansas.
<br />The E2 NW- and WJ NE4 of Sec. 21. Town. 11, Range 10, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The W1 of Lot No. 40, Section D., Grand Island,Cemetery, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />,Upon consideration of the evidence and of the records and the files in said matter the Court finds
<br />t the sole heirs to said estate are the four children of the deceased, to-wit: Wesley D.Glenn,
<br />E.Glenn, Mark C.Glenn and Luella Glenn, children of the deceased; the Court further finds
<br />that each of the said children is entitled to a one - fourth interest in the real estate and persona
<br />property remaining in the hands of the administrator.
<br />The Court finds that the aforesaid four children are the only persons entitled to succeed to the
<br />interest of the said deceased in said real estate and personal property.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said residue of $19.26 in cash and the
<br />aforementioned personal property be divided one- fourth to each of the hereinbefore mentioned heirs
<br />and the said Harry E.Glenn, administrator, is hereby directed to pay to the said parties,respectiv
<br />shares as found by the Court and, upon the filing of his receipt therefore, is entitled to his
<br />discharge. .
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said real estate be assigned as follows,
<br />to- wit: an undivided one - fourth interest to each of the aforesaid heirs.

<br />I, Edward William Heiman, in the presence of Almighty God and these witnesses, to declare this
<br />to be my last Will and testament.
<br />I hereby wish to dispose of the following property in the following manner, to -wit:
<br />1. To my borthers Albet Heiman, Barberton, Ohio, I leave one dollars ($1.00).
<br />2. To my brother, Robert Heiman, Canton, Ohio, I leave one dollars ($1.00).
<br />3. To my brother Charlie Heiman, Cashoctorr, Ohio, I leave one dollars ($1.00).
