<br />Quarter (NE4 SW-,I) of Section Nineteen (19) all in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eight O,
<br />West 6 P.M. in Merrick County, Nebraska, also
<br />Lots Four (4) and Five (5) in Block Seventy (70) in Wheeler and Bennett's Second Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />An undivided one -half (1/2) interest in Lot Sixteen (16) in Ross and Ashton Park, an addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />In addition thereto, the Court awards her the rentals, income and benefits for and during her
<br />lifetime in and to all of said real estate; In addition thereto it is adjudged and decreed that
<br />said Bertha Zlomke and Edwin Zlomke have the right to sell any or all of said premises located
<br />in Hall County and the South West Quarter of the South East Quarter (SW4SE4) and the South East
<br />Quarter of the South West Quarter (SE4SW4) of Section Nineteen (19),Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Eight (8) in Merrick County, Nebraska, the proceeds of any such sale shall beheld for the
<br />use and benefit of said Berth- Zlomke for and during her natural life time and to execute such
<br />deeds or conveyances as may be necessary to convey a good title to said premises.

<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF BERNHARD ZLOMKE, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remainir
<br />in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original
<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is ir
<br />due form of law.
<br />I further certify that a copy of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased and Certificate
<br />of Probate thereof is embodied in the Final Decree.

<br />Now, on this 25th day of June, 1935, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of Harry
<br />E.Glenn, administrator, on consideration whereof the Court finds that Elmer E.Glenn died intestat
<br />on December 12, 1934; the Court further finds that all debts, claims and demands against the said
<br />estate, including Court costs and attorney's fee, have been paid in full and there remains in the
<br />hands of the said administrator a residue in the sum of $19.26 for distribution, and the followir
<br />personal property, to be divided among the heirs, as follows, to -wit:
