<br />That thereupon an order was made directing that creditors be allowed three months from and after
<br />the 5th day of December, 1933, in which to file claims with proof thereof, for allowance and that
<br />all claims outstanding against said estate not so filed, and within the time herein limited, shall
<br />be forever barred and excluded and that a hearing on such claims filed be had on the 5th day of
<br />March, 1934, which order was published in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper publishe
<br />and circulating in said Hall County, for three successive weeks.
<br />The Court further finds that the claims so filed have been paid or withdrawn and payment waived
<br />and that at this time there are no unpaid claims against the deceased or this estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the personal property owned and left by the deceased, has been turned
<br />over to said Bertha Zlomke, his widow, in full settlement of her claim for a widow's allowance in
<br />this estate.
<br />The Court further finds that all court costs, debts, claims, expenses of last illness and burial
<br />and the expenses of administration have been duly paid and satisfied and that this estate is not
<br />subject to inheritance taxes on the part of the State of Nebraska, nor subject to estate taxes
<br />on the part of the United States of America.
<br />The Court further finds that said executors have done everything that should have been done by
<br />law and that this estate should be closed and they be discharged and their bond released from
<br />further liability.
<br />The Court further finds that said Bernhard Zlomke died siezed of the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit;
<br />South Half of the Southwest Quarter (SJSWJ) of SectionlEighteen (18) and the
<br />West Half of the North East Quarter (W'JNEJ) and the West Half of the South East Quarter (WJSEJ)
<br />and the East Half of the North West Quarter (E*NWJ) and the North East Quarter of the South West
<br />quarter (NEJSWJ) of Section Nin_teen (19) all in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eight (8) West
<br />6 P.M. in Derrick County, Nebraska, also
<br />Lots Four (4) and Five (5) in Block Seventy (70) in Wheeler and Bennett's Second Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />An undivided one -half (1/2) interest in Lot Sixteen (lb) in Ross and Ashton Park, an addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms of said will the said Bertha Zlomke is entitled to
<br />an undivided one -third (113) interest in all of said real estate in fee simple, and in addition

<br />,she is entitled to all of the rents, income and profit of the whole of said real estate for and
<br />during the term of her natural life and Bertha Zlomke and Edwin Zlomke, under the terms of said
<br />will, are granted the power to sell any or all of said real estate in Hall County, also to sell
<br />the South East Quarter of the South West Quarter (SEJSW4) and the South West Quarter of the South
<br />East Quarter (SW4SEJ) of said Section Nineteen (19), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eight (S)
<br />in Merrick County, Nebraska, and shall put the proceeds of such sale or sales out at interest from
<br />which the said Bertha Zlomke shall draw the income during her natural life, secured by good first
<br />mortgage on real estate; the remainder of said real estate, according to the terms of said will
<br />shall go in equal parts, share and share alike, tolRudolph Zlomke, Edwin Zlomke, Bernhard Zlomke
<br />Arthur Zlomke, Calvin Zlomke, sons, and Ida Zlomke, Ella Johnson, Bertha Lueth, Edna Jacobsen,
<br />Ethel Zlomke, Florence Zlomke, Irma Zlomke, and Gladys Zlomke, daughters, and to their respective
<br />heirs forever.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said finalreport be accepted and said
<br />executors discharged and their bond released from further liability; that all claims against the
<br />deceased or said estate, have been paid or withdrawn, and are no charge against this estate and
<br />all persons are forever enjoined from filing any further claims herein; that all court costs,
<br />inheritance and estate taxes have been paid and the Court awards to said Bertha Zlomke all of the
<br />personal property of the deceasedfurther an undivided one -third (113) interest in
<br />South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S28W4) of Section Eighteen (15) and the
