<br />Said will is in words and figures as follows:
<br />THE LAST WILL OF BERNHARD ZLOMKE
<br />;I, Bernhard Zlomke, make this my last will, hereby revoking all_fbrmer wills by me made.
<br />I appoint my wife Bertha Zlomke and my son Edwin Zlomke joint executors of this will and direct
<br />that neither need; g 1ve any 'bond. All my debts, expenses of my last illness, burial expenses and
<br />;expenses of probating this will shall be paid -out of my personal property and if that is insufficient
<br />then so much of my real estate shall be sold by said executors (executrices) as may be necessary
<br />to pay the same.
<br />To my wife Bertha Zlomke I give all that she is entitled to take under the laws of Nebraska and
<br />in addition thereto I give her all the rents, income and use of my real estate while she may live,
<br />that is to say for the term of her natural life and at her death, so much of my property as shall
<br />I then remain and be a part of my estate, ex'alusive of what is the property of my wife, shall be
<br />ditided in equal shares and go in like parts to ray children,share and share alike, and to their
<br />respective heirs, -that is to say to my sons, Rudolph, Edwin, Bernhard, Arthur, Calvin, and my
<br />daughters Ida Zlomke, Ella Johnson, Bertha Lueth, Edna Jacobson, Ethel Zlomke, Florence Zlomke,
<br />I Irma Zlomke,and Gladys Zlomke (five sons and eight daughters).
<br />My said executors are hereby empowered to sell so much of my real estate as lies in Hall County
<br />and the south eighty acres of my farm in Merrick County, Nebraska, that is to say the Southwest
<br />i
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SIIJSWJ and
<br />SE SWI) of Section Nineteen (19),Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eight (9) West of the 6th P.M.I
<br />& I
<br />in Merrick County, Nebraska; from the proceeds of which my wife shall draw the interest during hei
<br />natural life time and for which purpose said executors are empowered to lend said money at intere:
<br />secured by good first real estate mortgage. A monument costing no more than five hundred dollars
<br />shall be paid out of my estate.
<br />Done at Grand Island this first day of August, A.D., 1930.

<br />The foregoing was at the date thereof signed, sealed, published and declared by said testator as
<br />and for his last will in our presence and we in his presence and at his special request and in
<br />the presence of one another have signed our names as witnesses hereto.

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />13th day of October, 1933, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Bernh
<br />Zlomke, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 7th day of November, 1933,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Bernhard Zlomke, deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
