<br />]It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from f ilin-
<br />or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of George Pearson, deceased.
<br />The court further finds that the said Hilma Pearson, as administratrix of said estate, advanced
<br />from her awn funds the sum of Four Hundred one and 50/100 ($401.50) with which to pay the funeral
<br />expense, doctor bills, court costs, etc. and that she has waived any claim against said estate for
<br />the money so advanced and it is ordered that the real estate pass and descend free from any claims
<br />of the said Hilma Pearson for the money so advanced.
<br />It is further considered, adjudged and decreed by the court that all of the right, title and
<br />interest of Hilma Pearson in and to Lot One (1) in Block Twenty -one (21) Kernohan and Decker's
<br />Addition to the city of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at his death,
<br />under and by virtue of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, in the manner following;
<br />Hilma Pearson, his widow, an undivided one -third thereof,
<br />to Florence Pearson, Grace Cissna, Mildred Huntwork, Mabel Roos, Evelyn Bunting, and Eunice Pearsc
<br />and Clarence Pearson, Bert Pearson, George Pearson, Floyd Pearson, Lloyd Pearson, an undivided
<br />two - thirds interest thereof in equal shares, subject to the homestead rights of the said Hilma
<br />Pearson,therein, and the court awards it to them.

<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard on the final report of the executors herein, there
<br />being present Herbert F.Mayer, Attorney -at -Law of the firm of Mayer & Mayer, attorneys for the
<br />executors, and upon examination of said report and the files, the Court finds that said report
<br />has been accepted as true and correct by all parties concerned in this - estate, and the Court
<br />further finds that said report is correct and should be accepted as the true, correct and final
<br />report of said executors.
<br />The Court further finds that Bernhard Zlomke departed this life on the 28th day of September,
<br />1933, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, but died in Merrick County, Nebraska, while temporar
<br />absent from said Hall County, leaving a last will in which Bertha Zlomke, his widow, a.nd Edwin
<br />Zlomke, a son, are named executors, which will was duly admitted to probate in this Court on the
<br />8th day of November, 1933, after notice duly published in the Grand Island Independent for three
