FINAL DECREE
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
In the Matter of the Estate )
) FINAL DECREE.
of George Pearson, Deceased. )
Now on this 15th day of October, 1935, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
! Hilma Pearson, administratrix of the estate of George Pearson, deceased, and it appearing to the
'satisfaction of the court, from the proof now on file, that notice was given to all persons in-
terested, of the filing of said report and of the time fixed for final settlement of said estate
by publication, and that no one has appeared to object to the allowance of said report.
After full examination thereof, the court finds that said report is correct in all respects and
ought to be allowed; that said administratrix has accounted for all of said estate which came to
her possession, and that there remains no money or other property in her hands for distribution oz
belonging to said estate.
The court finds that creditors of the said George Pearson, deceased, were duly notified by publi-
cation for four consecutive weeks as required by law as to the time limited and place appointed
for filing claims against sAid estate, that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired,
that all claims outstanding against said deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred;
The court finds that the said George Pearson departed this life on the 8th day of April, 1935,
that he was,.at the time of his death, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, that he
died intestate, leaving surviving him as his heirs at law and only heirs at law, the following
named persons, to -wit:
Hilma Pearson, his widow,
Florence Pearson, Grace Cissna, Mildred Huntwork, Mabel Roos, Evelyn Bunting, and Eunice Pearson,
daughters of George Pearson, deceased, and
Clarence Pearson, Bert Pearson, George Pearson, Floyd Pearson and Lloyd Pearson, sons of the said
George Pearson, deceased.
The court further finds that the said George Pearson was, at the time of his death, the owner of
an undivided one -half interest in Lot One (1) in Block Twenty -one (21) Kernohan and Decker's Add
tion to the city of Grand Island, and that under the law of descent of the state of Nebraska, sa
real estate descended as follows at his death:
.
V
To Hilma Pearson, his wife, an undivided one third thereof,
To Florence Pearson, Grace Cissna, Mildred Huntwork, Mabel Roos, Evelyn Bunting, and Eunice Pearso ,
and Clarence Pearson, Bert Pearson, George Pearson, Floyd Pearson and Lloyd Pearson, an undivided
two thirds thereof, share and share alike, subject to the homestead rights of the said Hilma Pears n,
therein.
It is therefore considered by the court that the report of the administratrix be, and the same is
hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account, and she is discharged of her trust_
