<br />That said George Paulman died intestate on or about the 20th day of July, 1929s in the County of
<br />;Santa Clara, State of California; that said decedent was at the time of his death a resident of
<br />the County of Santa Clara, State of California; that said decedent died leaving surviving him as
<br />his next -of -kin and heirs -at -law the following persons, to -wit:

<br />Anna Bremer, an adult, a daughter of decedent, residing at Boelus, Nebraska.
<br />;Bertha Seery, an adult, a daughter of decedent, residing at Boelus, Nebraska.
<br />Mary Rohling, an adult, a daughter of decedent, residing at Grand Island,Nebraska, Route 4,
<br />iWill Paulman, an adult, a son of decedent, residing at Sutherland, Nebraska.
<br />!Henry Paulman, an adult, a son of decedent, residing at 138 North "F" Street, Oxnard, California.
<br />;Arthur Paulman, a son of decedent, an adult, residing at 96 North Sixth Street, San Jose, Californ a.
<br />(Emma Bailey, an adult, a daughter of decedent, residing at 722 South Fifth Street, San Jose, Cali
<br />fornia, and the following grandchildren of decedent, children of Lydia Jaenicke,- a deceased daught r

<br />Louisa Wagner, an adult, a granddaughter of.decedent, residing at 1909 East Fourth Street, North
<br />Platt, Nebraska,
<br />Edward Jaenicke, an adult, grandson of decedent, residing at Elsie, Nebraska.
<br />;Elsie Ehul, an adult, a granddaughter of decedent, residing at Grainton, Nebraska.
<br />'Herbert Jaenicke, a minor, a grandson of decedent, residing at Elsie, Nebraska.
<br />;Myrtle Jaenicke, a minor, a granddaughter of decedent, residing at Elsie, Nebraska, and
<br />;Raymond Jaenicke, a minor, a grandson of decedent, residing at Elsie, Nebraska.
<br />iThat all of the residue of said estate being community property of decedent and his surviving wife
<br />Dorothea Paulman, said Dorothea Paulman is entitled to have distributed to her the whole of the
<br />residue of said estate;
<br />WHEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the First and Final Account of said
<br />administratrix be, and the same is hereby, settled, allowed and approved, and that the residue of
<br />said estate remaining in the hands of said administratrix and hereinafter described, be, and the
<br />same is hereby, distributed as follows: the whole thereof unto said DOROTHEA PAULKAN, widow of sal
<br />decedent, said residue of said estate distributed as aforesaid being described as follows:

<br />`payable to George Paulman, bearing interest at the rate of 6 %, payable semi - annually, payable at
<br />!San Jose, California, due June 26, 1930, and secured by mortgage on real estate in Hall County,
<br />;Nebraska; mortgage recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County. Nebraska) July
<br />18, 1923, in Book 56 of Mortgages, page 449. Principal $4350.00
<br />Paid on account 850.90
<br />Balance owing 3500.00 _
<br />An undivided one -half interest in promissory note dated at Han Jose, California, January 1, 1928,
<br />for $250.00; interest 6% payable semi - annually, executed by J.H.Bailey and Emma Bailey; note due
<br />on or before January 1, 1930.
<br />An undivided one -half interest in promissory note dated San Jose, California, July 1, 1924, for
<br />$500.00, executed by H.G.Paulman and Ada E.Paulman; due July 1, 1926.
<br />Promissory note dated at San Jose, California, January 3, 1922 for $500.00; due on or before
<br />January 3, 1926; interest at 6 %, payable semi - annually, executed by Albert Paulman; principal
<br />$500. paid on account $272.11; balance $227.89.
<br />Also unto said DOROTHEA PAULMAN, widow of said decedent, any other community property not now
<br />or discovered belonging to said estate or in which said estate may have any interest;
<br />That any separate property of the decedent not now known or discovered belonging to said estate, c
<br />in which said estate may have any interest should be, and the same is hereby, distributed as fol-
<br />lows, to -wit:
<br />Unto said DOROTHEA PAULMAN, widow, of decedent, an undivided 35/105ths of such separate property.
<br />To the following children of decedent now living, to -wit: Albert Paulman, Charles Paulman, Anna
<br />Henry Paulman
<br />Bremer, Bertha Seery, Mary Rohling, Will Pa4lman,,,Arthur Paulman and Emma Bailey each respective
<br />an undivided 7 /105ths of such separate property.
<br />Unto the following grandchildren of the decedent, being children of Lydia Jaenicke, a deceased
<br />daughter of decedent, to -wit: Martha Huguenin, Louisa Wagner, Edward Jaenicke, Elsie Xhul,Herbert
<br />Jaenicke, Myrtle Jaenicke, and Raymond Jaenicke, each respeeti4ely an undivided 1 /105ths of such
<br />separate property.
