Deceased. ) Emma Bailey, administratrix of the estate of George Paulman, deceased, having on the 27th day of June, 1929, rendered and filed herein a full account and report of her administration of said estate, which account was for a final settlement, and having with said account filed a petition for the final distribution of said estate, and said account and petition coming on regularly for hearing this 9th day of July, 1929, proof having been made to the satisfaction of the Court that the Clerk hereof has given notice of the settlement of said account and the hearing of said peti- tion in the manner and for the time required by law; And it appearing that said account is in all respects true and correct and is supported by proper vouchers; And it further appearing that on the 30th day of January, 19292 said administratrix caused to be published Notice to Creditors of said decedent to present their claims against said decedent in the manner and for the time provided by law, and within thirty days after the first publication of said Notice to Creditors, and on, to -wit: the 31st day of January, 1929, said administratrix caul to be filed in the office of'the Clerk of the above entitled Court in the above entitled matter a printed copy of said Notice to Creditors accompanied by a statement setting forth the date of the first publication thereof and the name of the newspaper in which said notice was printed an& pub- fished; That more than four months have elapsed since the apppointment of said administratrix, and more than four months have elapsed since the first publication of said Notice to Creditors; That on the Sth day of June, 1929, said administratrix caused to be made and returned to this Court and filed in the office of the Clerk thereof a true Inventory and Appraisement of all the estate of said deceased which has come to her possession or knowledge; That all of the debts of the said deceased and of said estate, and all expenses of administration) I thus far incurred, and all taxes that have attached to or accrued against said estate have been paid and discharged, and that said estate is now-in a condition to be closed; that there is no inheritance tax due under the laws of the State of California; That the residue of said estate now consists of certain promissory notes, as in said account and hereinafter set forth; that all of said property is the community property of the decedent and said Dorothea Paulman, surviving wife of decedent, the same being acquired by their joint efforts during their married life;
