<br />of this court required, has been given to all persons, having claims against the deceased or his
<br />estate, to exhibit and prove their claims, as by law and the order of this court required; that toe
<br />time for exhibiting and proving claims has expired and that all persons or creditors having- elaim�
<br />against said estate, not filed, or proved, if any there be, are forever barred from making claim
<br />thereon and all such claims and debts, if any are barred and precluded; the court further finds
<br />that all costs, fees and expense of administration and claims allowed against said estate have
<br />been fully paid and that the inheritance tax under the laws of Nebraska, has been fully paid on
<br />I the succession to said estate, all as shown by receipts and vouchers on file herein and that said
<br />estate is not subject to the payment of any-Federal Estate tax under the laws of the United State
<br />The court further finds that said testator died seized in fee simple of the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />1. South Forty -five feet (5.45') of Lot One (1), in Block Sixty -one (61), in the original town,

<br />now City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, the homestead of the testator and his - widow,
<br />Dixie D.Glade,
<br />2. Lot Sixteen (16) of County Subdivision of Lots Thirteen (13)1 Sixteen (16) and parts of Lots
<br />Eight (9), Eleven (11), Twelve (12) and Fourteen (14) of County Subdivision of Southeast Quarter
<br />of Southwest Quarter (SEJSWJ) of Section Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven (11) North of Range Ni
<br />(9),West of the 6 P.M. in Grand Island, in Hall County, State of Nebraska.
<br />3. East Half of Northeast quarter (E *NEi) and Lot Twenty -one (21), all in Section Nine (9), in
<br />Township Fourteen (14),North of Range Ten (10), West of the 6',P.M. in Howard County, Nebraska, co -
<br />taining 97 acres, more or less.
<br />The court further finds that under Item Second of the said testator's will, the real estate above
<br />described passed and descended in fee simple to said Dixie D.Glade; that all of the personal prop.
<br />'erty of which the deceased died possessed, including all stocks, bonds and securities, have been
<br />transferred and assigned to said Dixie D.Glade, pursuant to Item Second of said will and the orde
<br />of this court.
<br />The court further finds that said will has been fully executed and said estate fully administered;

<br />that said estate should be closed, the executrix discharged and her bond released.

<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT: that the final account and report of
<br />said executrix be and the same is hereby allowed and approved; that all debts and claims allowed
<br />I
<br />j against said estate, including all fees, costs and expenses of probating and administering said
<br />estate have been fully paid, that the inheritance tax under the laws of Nebraska, to which said
<br />estate was subject, has been fully paid; that the succession to said estate is not subject to y
<br />Federal Estate tax under the laws of the United States; that all claims not filed or proved against
<br />said estate, if any there be, are forever barred, that the real estate hereinbefore described and
<br />s -
<br />Iall other property owned by the deceased at his death, passed and descended under Item Second of
<br />the last will of said testator and .under the Statute of Wills of Nebraska to Dixie D.Glade and thl
<br />same is so awarded to her; that said will has been fully executed according to the terms thereof
<br />and the orders of the court and said estate has been fully administered and is hereby closed and
<br />said executrix is discharged of her trust and her bond released.
