<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />4th day of December, 1934, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Fred M.
<br />Glade, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 21st day of December, 1934, s al�
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Fred M.Glade, deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Now on this 15" day of October, 1935, this cause came on for hearing upon the final account and
<br />report of Dixie D.Glade, executrix of the estate of Fred M.Glade, deceased, and upon the petition
<br />of said executrix that said estate be settled and closed. And it appearing from the evidence and
<br />proofs on file in this court that regular notice, as by law and the order of this court, required,
<br />has been given to all persons interested of the time and place of examining and allowing said Tina:
<br />account, by publication for three successive weeks in a legal newspaper, published within said
<br />Hall County and no one appearing to object to'said final account and report, the court, on examin-
<br />ation thereof finds that the same is in all respects correct and should be allowed and approved.
<br />The court further finds from the evidence adduced that the testator left surviving at his death,
<br />his "widow, Dixie D.Glade, the sole legatee and devisee under his last will and testament and their
<br />two sons, Frederick Monroe Glade and Henry Dixon Glade, as his only next of kin.
