And it appearing from the evidence and <br />proofs on file in this court that regular notice, as by law and the order of this court, required, <br />has been given to all persons interested of the time and place of examining and allowing said Tina: <br />account, by publication for three successive weeks in a legal newspaper, published within said <br />Hall County and no one appearing to object to'said final account and report, the court, on examin- <br />ation thereof finds that the same is in all respects correct and should be allowed and approved. <br />The court further finds from the evidence adduced that the testator left surviving at his death, <br />his "widow, Dixie D.Glade, the sole legatee and devisee under his last will and testament and their <br />two sons, Frederick Monroe Glade and Henry Dixon Glade, as his only next of kin. <br />The court further finds from the proofs on file herein that legal notice, as by law and the order <br />
