<br />The Court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the last Will and Testament of the
<br />said Willis N.Corey, deceased, the said East Half of the North East Quarter (E2NEJ) of Section
<br />;Thirty -five (35), Township Eleven (11), North Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County
<br />Nebraska, passed and descended to Mabel Thompson, a daughter, of this deceased, absolutely, and th t
<br />;the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W2NEJ) of Section Thirty -five (35), Township Eleven (11),
<br />North Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, passed and descended to Lill le
<br />Root, a daughter of the deceased absolutely.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of said Lillie
<br />,,Root and Mabel Thompson, Executrices of the Estate of Willis N.Corey, deceased, be and the same
<br />;hereby is, in-all things approved and allowed as and for the Final Report of said Executrices and
<br />said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Executrices discharged.
<br />?IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded in setting up or
<br />'asserting any such claim against said estate.
<br />?IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions of
<br />;last Will and Testament of said Willis N.Corey, deceased, the real estate herein before described

<br />;6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, passed and descended to Lillie Root by absolute title and dis-
<br />tribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
