That on the 27th day of April 1933, said <br />Instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and`illowed as the last <br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Willis N.Corey,deceased, and the same <br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 27th <br />day of April, 1933• <br />(SEAL) <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />) <br />OF ) FINAL DECREE. <br />) <br />WILLIS N. COREY, DECEASED. ) <br />Now on this 211 day of October, 1935, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report of <br />Lillie Root and Mabel Thompson, Executrices of the Estate of Willis N.Corey, deceased; and upon <br />the pbtition of said Executrices for the allowance and approval of said report, settlement of said <br />estate and discharge herein; the Court having examined the records and files herein, and being <br />fully advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of <br />the time and place fixed by the Court for the hearing upon said Final report and there being no <br />objections to said report, and the Court having examined the same, together with the vouchers on <br />file, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be <br />approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executrices of said estate, settled and <br />closed and said Executrices discharged. <br />The Court further finds that the said - Willis N.Corey departed this life on the 27th day of March., <br />1933, and at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />left a last Will and Testament which was, by the consideration of this Court, duly proven, allowed <br />and admitted to Probate,on the 27th day of April, 1933; that Lillie Root and Mabel Thompson, daugh <br />ters of the deceased were named as Executrices in said last Will and Testament and Letters of Admi <br />istration were duly issued by this Court to the said Lillie Root and Mabel Thompson of the Estate <br />of Willis N.Corey, deceased. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and <br />place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, and that the time <br />and place so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate and nc <br />filed within the time limited by the Court are forever barred and excluded from setting up or <br />asserting any such claim against said estate. <br />The 0ourt further finds that-the said Executrices have paid the funeral expenses of said estate, <br />all debts against said estate and the costs of this proceeding, that there was not sufficient <br />personal property to pay all claims and that the Executrices, who are also the sole and only heire <br />and legatees of the said deceased have personally paid all claims filed against said estate and <br />that nothing further remains in their hands by way of personal property belonging to said estate. <br />The Court further finds that the estate of said deceased is not subject to an Inheritance Tax un- <br />der the laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to a Federal Estate tax under the laws of the United <br />States. <br />t <br />The Court further finds that the said Willis N.Corey, died seized as the owner, by fee simple title <br />of the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />
