<br />'I, Willis N.Corey, of Wood River, Nebraska, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, consid-
<br />"eying the certainty of death, do hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby
<br />revoking and annulling all Wills by me heretofore made, in manner and form following, that is to
<br />1.
<br />'I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter name
<br />as soon after my decease as shall be convenient.
<br />'I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Mabel Thompson, of Wood River, Nebraska, the East Half'i
<br />of the Northeast Quarter (E1NE;,) of Section Thirty -five (35) in Township Eleven (11) Range Twelve
<br />(12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, absolutely, provided, however, that in the event
<br />the said Mabel Thompson shall precede me in death, then and in that event I give, devise and bequeath
<br />said premises described in this Paragraph 11 to my grandchildren, Murial Root and Harold Root, or
<br />survivor of them, absolutely.

<br />I give, devise and bequrath to my daughter, Lillie Root, of Wood River, Nebraska, the West Half of
<br />`the Northeast Quarter (W2NE4) of Section Thirty -five (35) in Township Eleven (11), North, Range
<br />'Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska, absolutely, provided, however, that in the
<br />+event the said Lillie Root shall precede me in death, then and in that event I give, devise and be

<br />'I nominate and appoint my said daughters, Mabel Thompson and Lillie Root, or the survivor of them,
