<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify
<br />that I have compared the foregoing copy of Decree Determining Heirship
<br />entered IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF EDITH HEIAM, Deceased, with the original record thereof,
<br />now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of
<br />such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal Is hereto
<br />attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that

<br />This cause coming on for hearing on this 17th day of May, 1935, after having been continued from
<br />the 14th day of May, 19351 upper the petition of Ida Fulmer, a daughter of Julius Krull, deceased,
<br />praying for a determination of heirship and the succession of real estate, and the court being
<br />fully advised in the premises from the evidence adduced, finds that due and legal notice of the
<br />filing of said petition, and of this hearing has been given by publication as required by law;
<br />that this court has acquired ,jurisdiction of the subject matter, and of all the heirs, creditors
<br />and other persons interested in said estate; that the decedent, Julius Krull, died intestate on
<br />the 14th day of February, 1920, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and was then seized of the
<br />following described real estate, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The North One -half of the Northeast Quarter (N2NEJ) of Section Twenty -three (23),Township Ten (10�,
<br />North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M.;
<br />The East One -half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (EJSE1 -N1JJ of Section Thirty-

<br />five (35), Township Ten (10),North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M.;
<br />that no application for the appointment of an administrator, either by the heirs, or by persons
<br />claiming to be creditors of said decedent has been made, and no proceedings have been had in any
<br />county in the State of Nebraska for the administration of his estate; that all of the debts of the
<br />decedent including the expenses of his last illness and burial, have been paid in full; that the
<br />said Julius Krull left surviving him a widow, Lena Krull, now also deceased, daughters, Emma Bixe -
<br />man and Ida Fulmer, and sons, Frank P.Krull, August Krull and John Krull, all of legal age and
<br />residents of Hall County, Nebraska; that they are the sole and only heirs -at -law of his estate an
<br />interested therein; that he left no other living children or the living issue of any deceased
<br />children.
<br />IT TS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that -the said Julius
<br />Krull died intestate on the 14th day of February, x.920, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; that
<br />he died seized of the real estate hereinabove described; that no application has been made in the
<br />State of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator of the estate of said decedent; and tha
<br />all claims and demands against the estate of said decedent are forever barred.
