<br />set for Jan. 11, 1934, and that notice of said hearing has been given as required by law: ,
<br />and no person appearing to contest said petition, the Court proceeds to hear the evidence, and
<br />thereupon finds that the facts alleged therein are true, and that said petition ought to be granted.
<br />It is therefore ORDERED and ADJUDGED by the COURT that said John D.Shearer died on the 30 day of
<br />Nov. 1933, leaving estate in the State of California, and then a resident of the County of Los
<br />Angeles, State of California; that the document hereinbefore filed, purporting to be the last wi
<br />& codicil of said deceased, and so alleged to be in said petition, be admitted to probate as the
<br />last will of said deceased; that Harry D.Trout be appointed executor of the said last will, and
<br />that Letters Testamentary thereon issue to him upon his taking the oath required by law, without
<br />bond.
