<br />deplore any attempt to disturb it by any devisee or legatee under my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT or
<br />this CODICIL to the same, or ary person, who, if I died intestate would be entitled to any part of
<br />my estate, should either directly or indirectly attempt to oppose or set aside the probate of my
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT and this CODICIL to the same, or to impair, invalidate, or set aside its
<br />provisions, or to set aside or viod or to have declared void, null, or ineffectual any transfer or
<br />grant herein made to any one herein named or otherwise, then and in that case I give and bequeath
<br />to such person or persons the sum of Ten Dollars $10.00, and NO MORE, in lieu of any other share o
<br />interest under my LAST WILL AND TESTARIIENT or this CODICIL to the same, or in my estate; and I ex-
<br />pressly declare and provide that to take any part directly or indirectly in such an attempt be hel
<br />and conclusively deemed to be an election by the person or persons doing so to take the said.Ten
<br />Dollars $10.00 and no more, in lieu of all interest in my estate, and all the rest of the interest
<br />that would otherwise have gone to such person or persons by devise or inheritance shall pass under
<br />the residuary clause of my LAST WILL. -AND TESTAMENT or this Codicil.
