<br />This is aCODICIL to my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT made and signed by me on the 7th day of March 1929

<br />I wish to state I am perfectly satisfied with my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, as refered to in the
<br />first Paragraph of this CODICIL but wish to make the following additions thereto, and request my
<br />Executor and Trustee, Harry D.Trout of 312 S.Mansfield Ave., Los Angeles, California to carry out
<br />my wishes and desires in this CODICIL the same as he will do in my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT refered�
<br />to in the first paragraph of this CODICIL.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath to my friend Sadie Sinclair, of Dunsmuir, California, or her heirs
<br />'= =sum of Two Hundred Dollars $200.00.

<br />'I give, devise and bequeath to my friend, Roma E.Chapman, of 1315 W.9th Street, Los Angeles, Cali -
<br />fornia the sum of One Hundred Dollars $100.00 providing she is living at the time of my death, but
<br />.should the said Roma E.Chapman preceed me in death then this bequest shall remain in my estate and
<br />be disposed of by my Executor according to the terms of my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT refered to in
