<br />I give, devise, and bequeath to my beloved wife, Maria E.Shearer, all the rest, residue and the
<br />remainder of my estate both real and personal of which I may be possessed at the time of my death,
<br />provided she, Maria E.Shearer, my beloved wife is-still living at the time of my death, but if she
<br />Maria E.Shearer, my beloved wife, preceeds me in death it is my Will that my Execute, hereinafter'

<br />quest is to be paid to Mrs. Flora Bassett only and in case the said Flora Bassett is not living at
<br />the time of my death this $2000. is to remain in my estate.

<br />dred Fifty Four (3254) in South Gate, Los Angeles,County, California.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />It is my Will that my Executor, hereinafter named, shall take my body to Wood River, Nebraska, f
<br />burial, and that my Executor's time and expenses for taking my body to Wood River, Nebraska for
<br />burial shall first be paid out of my estate.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />It is my Will that my Executor, hereinafter named, shall buy and place a monument at my grave
<br />and also to beautify my burial lot at a total cost not to exceed One Thousand Dollars $1000. to be
<br />paid out of my estate.
