<br />°that I have compared the foregoing copy of DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION and DETERMINING HEIRSHIP entered
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CORDY LYSINGER, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now
<br />remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such
<br />original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached
<br />that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the
<br />legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation
<br />is in due form of law.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD A�,2EN, I. John D.Shearer of Los Angeles, State of California of the age of
<br />Eighty Six years, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory and notacting under duress,
<br />menace, fraud; or_ undue .influence of any person whatsoever, do make, publish and declare this my
<br />Last Will and Testament in the manner following that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I comfit my soul into the hands of Almighty God and my body to the earth to be decently buried
<br />under the care of my Executor,hereinafter named, and my Will is that all my just debts and fun

<br />expenses shall first be paid out of my estate, as soon after my death as shall be found convenient.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Maria E.Shearer of the City of Los Angeles, County
<br />of Los Angeles, State of California, All the South East Quarter (S.E.4) of Section Four (4) in
<br />Township Number Ten (10) North of Range Eleven (11) West of the Sixth (6) Principal Meridian, co
<br />taining One Hundred Sixty Acres more or less according to the governmant survey thereof all si
<br />ated in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, hereinafter refered to in this my Last Will as
<br />"Nebraska Farm ", -Providing she my beloved wife is living at the time of my death, but should my
<br />beloved wife preceed me in death it is my Will that my Brother -in -law, Oscar S.Hileman of Cheyeni
<br />Wyoming shall have the income of the above described Nebraska Farm so long as the said Oscar S.
<br />Hileman shall live and then at the death of the said Oscar S.Hileman it is my Will that the title
<br />to the said Nebraska Farm, described above, shall pass to Glenn Hileman, my Nephew, Harry Hilema:
<br />my Nephew, and Irene Seguine, my Niece, sons and daughter of the said Oscar S.Hileman, share and
<br />share alike with this positive provision in the title of the said Nebraska Farm to the said Glen:
<br />Hileman, Harry Hileman, and Irene Seguine that the said Glenn Hileman, Harry Hileman and Irene
<br />Seguine shall not either mortgage or sell the said Nebraska Farm for a period of five years from
<br />the time the said

<br />Glenn Hileman, Harry Hileman and Irene Seguine shall receive title to the said Nebraska Farm.
<br />I hereby appoint Harry D.Trout of 312 S.Mansfield Avenue, Los Angeles, California as Trustee for
<br />me and in my stead to collect all the rents and revenuesfrom the said Nebraska Farm and turn the

<br />above, to dispose of the said Nebraska Farm to Glenn Hileman, Harry Hileman and Irene Seguine sh

<br />Hileman and Irene Seguine that the said Glenn Hileman, Harry Hileman and Irene Seguine shall not
