<br />upon the said 8th day of September, 1933, a hearing was had and letters of administration issued
<br />to Joseph M.Lysinger, and he duly qualified as such administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for the purpose of filing claims against said estate; and that the time s
<br />fixed by the Court has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate, if
<br />any such there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims
<br />against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska and that there
<br />is no federal estate tax due under the laws of the'United States.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Cordy Lysinger, deceased, left surviving her as her heirs an
<br />only heirs at law the following named persons: Joseph M.Lysinger, husband, and Ann Thomas Ferguso
<br />mother, and that both of said parties are of legal age.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Cordy Lysinger, deceased, died seized in fee simple of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) Block Seventy -nine (79), Wheeler & Bennett's Third Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot Five (5) of Cottage Place of the City of Grand Island,Hall County Nebraska, the same being
<br />a subdivision of the South (S2) Half of Fractional Block Thirteen (13� of H.G.Clark's Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island,Nebraska; and all of Fractional Block One (1) South of the alley in
<br />Rollin's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska;
<br />and that under and by virtue of the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, said real estate
<br />passed and descended in absolute title to Joseph M.Lysinger and Ann Thomas Ferguson in equal shares.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the report interim of Joseph M.
<br />Lysinger, Administrator of the Estate of Cordy Lysinger, Deceased, be and the same hereby is in
<br />all things ratified, approved and allowed as and for a final report of the Administrator, provide
<br />however, that the estate is not closed and said Administrator is not discharged until the chose
<br />in action filed by him in the District Court of Hamilton County, Nebraska on account of the death
<br />of the said Cordy Lysinger, deceased, is finally adjudicated and determine, but that in all other
<br />respects said estate is hereby settled.-.and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against said estate have
<br />been paid, that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed
<br />for the filing of claims against said estate, and that the time so fixed for filing claims has
<br />fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate not filed herein, if any
<br />such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up or asserting any such
<br />ID
<br />claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under and by virtue of the laws of
<br />descent of the state of Nebraska, the absolute title to the following described real estate to-
<br />wit:
<br />Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) Block Seventy -nine (79), Wheeler & Bennett's Third Addition to the Ci
<br />of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot Five (5) of Cottage Place of the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, the same being a
<br />subdivision of the South (S -J) Half of Fractional Block Thirteen (13) of H.G.Clark's Addition to t e
<br />City of Grand Island,Nebraska; and all of Fractional Block One (1) South of the alley in Rollin's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />passed and descended to Joseph M.Lysinger and Ann-:.Thomas..Ferguson, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the estate of the said Cordy Lysinger deceas d,
<br />shall remain open for the purpose of adjudicating the Lase above referred to filed by the Adminis-
<br />trator in the District Court of Hamilton County, Nebraska.
