<br />On this 24th day of August, 193+, this cause came on for hearing upon the report interim filed
<br />by Joseph M.Lysinger, Administrator of the Estate of Cory Lysinger, Deceased, and upon his petitic
<br />for ratifying and approving his acts in the premises and for distribution of said estate with the
<br />exception of the chose in action now pending in the District Court of Hamilton County, Nebraska.
<br />;And the Court being duly advised in the premises and having examined the records and files finds
<br />that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and
<br />place fixed for the hearing upon said report interim as heretofore order by the Court, and no one
<br />appearing to object to said report interim, the Court examined same together with the vouchers on
<br />file and testimony in support thereof and being duly advised in the premises, the Court finds that
<br />said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed, and that the
<br />distribution as set forth in said report should be made, and that the said estate remain open for
<br />the purpose of de teraining the chose in action filed on account of the death of the deceased as
<br />above set forth.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Cordy Lysinger departed this life on the 11th day of August,
<br />1933, and at the time of her death the said Cordy Lysinger was a resident and inhabitant of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 17th day of August,,1933, Joseph M.Lysinger, husband of Cordy
<br />Lysinger, filed in this Court his duly verified petition praying that letters of administration
<br />be granted to the said Joseph M.Lysinger, husband of the deceased, in the estate of Cordy Lysinger},
<br />deceased, and the Court thereupon fixed the 8th day of September, 1933, as the date for the hear
<br />upon said petition, and that due and legal notice of the filing of said petition and the time and
<br />j place fixed for the hearing thereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by law; and tha
